the short version

pilet is an early-stage product. by using it or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. they're written to be readable, not to bury you.

what pilet is right now

pilet is in pre-launch. the product is under active development. features, pricing, and availability can change. nothing here should be read as a promise about the final product.

the waitlist

by submitting your email, you're expressing interest in early access. joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, and we don't guarantee any specific launch timeline. we'll reach out when we're ready.

your content

when the app launches, you'll be able to save references into pilet: links, images, notes, and other content. you own everything you add. we don't claim any rights to your content. we access it only to provide the service (syncing, display, search).

acceptable use

don't use pilet to store or share content that:

• you don't have the right to use
• is illegal in your jurisdiction
• is designed to harm others or the service

no warranties

pilet is provided as-is. we're a small team building in public. we do our best but can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent. don't use pilet as your only copy of anything irreplaceable.

limitation of liability

to the extent permitted by law, pilet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

changes to these terms

we may update these terms as the product evolves. if we make material changes, we'll let you know via email (if you're on the waitlist) or via in-app notice (once the app launches).
